VP, Sales for Americas

We currently have a very exciting VP of Sales Opportunity for an amazing organization in Bucks County, PA. The position is a very strategic and visible role for a very large services based organization. The Vice President, Sales will be responsible for building and developing a high performing team of sales professionals and is responsible for leading and motivating these individuals to generate increased sales and profits and achieve targets. Responsibilities  Developing and executing the sales strategy for the Region, including (but not limited to): sales force structure, sales and cost budget, market segmentation, distribution and territory management. Developing an appropriate sales structure that will support both client's needs and the company's growth. Development of membership sales through new and existing accounts. Development and expansion of all service/product offerings. Tracking and reporting of sales results. Enhancing and maintaining relationships with key clients and negotiating complex deals with regional and global customers. Responsibility for the P&L of membership sales and ensuring that sales budgets are achieved. Membership sales and key account management Sales and product training Development of quarterly regional sales and marketing meetings Required Skills The successful Vice President, Sales will be intelligent and conceptual, results driven and a real leader; one who coaches people not only by professionalism but also through personal charisma. Additional characteristics of this individual include:  A team player, not only with sales staff but also with the other divisions within the organization. Strong commercial and development skills, particularly in finance and reporting. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Work Experience The successful candidate will have 3+ years in Senior Sales Management roles (must have experience leading a team and/or multiple Sales teams). Business to Business experience is a must. Service industry experience is a must. Ideal experience would be in Corporate Credit Card, Payment, Payroll, Insurance, Technology or Saas Services, but any Business to Business and/or Membership Based service will be considered Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a successful sales team in a business to business environment.  Required Qualifications  A bachelor's degree is required from a recognized college or university - MBA is preferred; Ability to travel 20%-40% of time to local Regional client locations in Northeast US  
Salary Range: $270K - $325K

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
