Facilities Manager

Job Summary The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the overall delivery of managed services to the client. Services include, but are not limited to, Janitorial, Mail Operations, Reception, Maintenance / Handyman services, and sub contractor services.  Will be responsible for successfully coordinating and supporting all activities of the department including ultimate financial responsibility including invoice reconciliation and approval.  Manager will interface with all levels of the facility staff in all matters relating to the Scope of Work at assigned Unit(s).  Manager will be responsible for budgets up to $5M. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of Facilities Management experience within the Business & Industry sector Janitorial / Housekeeping experience  Prior experience managing high volume account of $5M+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills P&L Management Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented Team leadership Abilities; Staffing Recruiting, Development and Relations Planning, Organization & System Know-how Req ID: 227635

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
