Manager, Budget, Productivity and Financial Reporting

Principle responsibilities include leading and managing the Budget Process for the RHM, Systems Administrator of the RHM Productivity, Benchmarking and Budget & Financial Reporting Systems; coordinates the OEI (Operational Excellence Initiatives) and inputs into system; oversees preparation and distribution of statistical , FTE and Productivity Tracker reports and analyses; capitated professional fee payments and surveys.
Years of experience - 5 - 8 years, prior healthcare experience required with emphasis on budgeting and productivity reporting
Strong PC skills, working knowledge of systems (Kaufman Hall Axiom, Kronos Visionware, Ivantage Benchmarking, PeopleSoft, Meditech)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
