We have an opening for a full-time CAFE MANAGER II position.
Location : George School - 1690 Newtown-Langhorne Rd., Newtown, PA 18940 /Note: online applications accepted _only_./
Schedule : Flexible schedule will include 5 shifts per week. Must be able to work evenings & weekend. Details upon interview.
Requirement : Must have excellent computer skills & previous culinary/food service experience. Supervisory experience a plus!

Job Summary
Summary: As a Caf? Manager II, you will hold duties related to the supervision of the food service operation. The caf? manager ensures the standards of excellence are met, supervises frontline associates, and supports the Director with financial responsibilities such as ordering and inventory cost controls.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages caf? operations.
Supervises, trains, and coaches associates.
Plans, markets and executes special events/promotions in the caf?.
Prepares and maintains volume trend analysis reports on a daily basis.
Ensures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards.
Operates within the budget and identifies new ways to improve the business.
Performs other duties as assigned.
2 years of food service experience.
Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
Operational knowledge of the cash register, cash handling procedures, and reconciliation of multiple cash banks and reports.
Operational knowledge of food service equipment and maintenance requirements.
ServSafe or Department of Health Certification is preferred.
Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
