Responsibilities include working with project team and internal/external clients as liaison through all phases of the project management process.
Assist in the coordination and facilitation of all aspects of project development from conceptualization through production implementation.
Work with end-user clients to establish requirements and functional specifications, providing direction or in a lead role.
Work with development, network engineering, and database administrators to ensure an understanding of the requirements, and resolve questions and issues.
Interact with quality assurance on functional requirements, with application development management and/or technology services management to help define project features/milestones and ensure features meet client's needs, and plan/coordinate training as needed.
Other responsibilities include working with customer support groups to plan implementation and coordinate post implementation issues, working with clients to establish projects/open issues, maintaining project plans, providing support for special projects, creation of project status reports, assisting in testing, and developing project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science and/or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Heavy experience performing business systems analyst functions in the development of software based products.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with individuals who do not necessarily have technical knowledge of computer systems as well as with technical personnel is required.
Must be able to combine technical capabilities with business understanding in order to convert requirements into functional specifications.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, and overall Microsoft Suite of products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
Business analysis certification a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
