Project Coordinator needed for a long term contract opportunity with SAP America located in Newtown Square, PA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide backup support to the Senior Executive Assistant of the VP, Global Head IT IS M&A &
- Global IT CTF - Americas and manage and update weekly PowerPoint slide deck presentation for executive level board meetings.
- Manage a 50 slide deck PowerPoint presentation to be updated and cleaned up weekly.
- Obtain slides from Project Managers and clean and polish them up for the slide deck.
- Adjust graphics, charts, and graphs accordingly to reflect the newly updated information.
- Convert to PDF and distribute to team members for review.
- Provide back up support to the EA to cover overflow.
- Provide administrative support for project managers.
- Assist in managing daily calendars.
- Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
- Support additional project work.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Must have expert level MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Previous experience in graphic design is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.)
- Candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced global environment.
