HANA Customer Reference Manager needed for a long term contract opportunity with SAP America located in Newtown Square, PA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for maintaining a 360 degree view of customer references, assets and use cases.
- Act as single point of contact for HANA customer content and information.
- Identify quality issues and provide gap analysis for existing reference assets.
- Identify and vet new leads.
- Provide support to COE/IVE team with tracking and reporting of customer interviews.
- Pull together key content into usable form and make suggestions on content that will drive demand and sales.
- Assist with tool testing - provide input, participate in testing, document issues.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Knowledge of SAP solutions and go-to-market with ability to work with field, services and other programs.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, conditional formatting, sorting and filtering, etc.) and/or other reporting systems.
- Analytical and detail oriented.
- Ability to work with cross-functional team and on multiple projects concurrently.
- Able to work with all global teams.
