Set up and maintain resident profiles in Point Click Care.
Coordinate and collect accounts receivable and past-due accounts from appropriate parties.
Data entry for cash receipts, census-related information, and ancillary charges.
Review policies and procedures with new residents.
Answer resident and family inquiries regarding the billing of services and charges.
Develop and maintain relationships with employees, residents, visitors, and vendors.
Responsible for general office functions, such as, filing, preparing, and mailing letters and resident billing statements, making copies (electronic and/or paper) of documents.
Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to assisting with medical billing, accounts payable, and general accounting.
