Eureka Stone Quarry Is looking for a Portable Crusher Operator/ Quarry ForemanWhile managing with a safety-first style, this position will oversee planning and coordinating of daily mining activities.
This will include operational activities such as pit and/or plant production (processing plant), plant maintenance, and mobile equipment.
Responsible for demonstrating and leading our safety culture, training and development of team, scheduling, performance management, and effective leadership of hourly workforce.
Successfully implement the company's safety and environmental processes.
Successfully lead and manage to established production, safety, and environmental objectives and metrics.
RequirementsMust have and demonstrate a personal and passionate safety culturePrevious mining experience in a production capacity3 years' experience in aggregate operations with understanding of mineral processing equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors, and associated mobile equipmentSupervisory experience in a mining environment Millwright & Welding SkillsExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsExperience with drilling, blasting, inventory control, and customer service preferredAbility to work flexible schedule, when needed; including weekendsAbility to pass a pre-employment drug test, and random drug testingHave strong time management skills, the ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasksMust understand the preventive maintenance that must be performed to minimize unplanned downtimePossess oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsResponsible for knowing and understanding all laws, policies, and regulations that affect our operationsImplement change in the work place in a timely manner by using all available resourcesWill be traveling to various locations in Bucks County and Pocono AreaValid Driver's License and Clean driving recordBenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision Benefits, and 401K planPaid Holidays and VacationMust be able to Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Random ScreeningsJob Type:
