Handle cash and charges from residents/staff and settle cash drawer.
Take messages and announce appointments when necessary.
Assists in the mail room when needed.
Responsible for, but not limited to, copying, sorting mail, and collating brochures.
Distributes mail, handles packages, and operates the postage meter, fax machine, and cash register.
