The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for answering telephones, making deposits, filing and assisting customers upon arrival.
What You'll Do Answer the phones promptly.
Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
Close out repair orders in computer.
Prepare and make deposits.
File assorted document for both service and accounting departments.
Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments.
Input of additional service requests into ATCON spreadsheet.
