The Associate (referred to as a Wellness Advisor at YogaSix) provides superior customer service to members while assisting new students with class selections, answering membership questions, and transacting membership and merchandise purchases.

Hourly pay:
$15/hour.
Rate will be determined based on previous work experience Regular bonus and commission opportunities Free unlimited yoga classes for the employee Retail discounts on in studio merchandise Opportunity for growth within the studio including additional sales, management and teaching positions
Responsibilities:
Make 25
sales calls per shift to invite new students into the studio, follow up on their class experience and let them know about membership and class pack pricing Enter notes and follow up tasks in ClubReady (studio management software) Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale Be knowledgeable about the studio's classes, memberships and pricing Sell in studio retail merchandise Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment Assumes responsibility for constantly improving your selling skills Ensure studio cleanliness Other duties as assigned HOURS:
We are currently hiring for the shifts listed below.
Applicants should be available to work 2 or more of the following shifts every week:
Tuesday:

30 pm-9:
00 pm Thursday:

45 am-1:
00 pm Friday:

30 pm Every other Saturday:

00 pm (2-3 weekend shifts per month) Applicant must have the flexibility to work additional shifts/sub for other team members (approx 2-4 times per month) to ensure schedule coverage.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time.
May be required to reach with hands and arms.
Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car.
This job requires the person to climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators are not present at all locations.
May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus Must be able to effectively hear in person and via telephone Job Type:
