Work with the Training Manager to coordinate training requirements Review the new hire manual and provide suggestions/updates/edits to the Trainer/Client Provide training team with logistical and administrative support up to and including role play for training certification Maintain and update department training calendar for new hires and existing staff Maintain tracking with the generation of weekly reports tracking submission/process metrics Essential Requirements:
HS Diploma/GED 2
years' related experience supporting training Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to pick up new technology quickly Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills Desired Requirements:
