Senior Surveyor

, an award winning, multi-disciplinary engineering firm has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our company as a Senior Surveyor (PLS) based in our Newtown, PA office.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Conduct Field Surveys Boundary, Topographic and Construction surveys Prepare legal descriptions.
Adherence to project schedules and budgets Mentor Junior staff members Excellent oral and written communication skills Key qualifications to this position are:
Must be a Professional Land Surveyor in PA, New Jersey license a plus.
A minimum of 10 years work experience Capable of performing, reviewing and certifying Boundary, Topographic, Construction and As-Built surveys.
Familiarity with conducting surveys using PennDOT standards Proficiency with Civil 3D, MicroStation Proficient using Total Station, Robotics, GPS, RTK, and other survey equipment.
