Part-time evenings SUMMARY OF JOB:
Reporting to the Transportation Manager, the Meadow Welcome Center Attendant staffs the Welcome Center and provides excellent customer service while documenting and screening all visitors, contractors, and vendors arriving at the Pennswood Village Campus.
The Meadow Welcome Center Attendant is responsible to create the best first impression of the Pennswood Community.
Maintain a visible presence at the Welcome Center; greet visitors to the campus with a professional demeanor.
Issue clearance to visitors and deliveries.
Screen guests by taking their temperature and asking a series of required questions.
Maintain neat, legible, and accurate records of guest names, temperatures, question response, and any other information needed.
Provide concise and accurate directions to visitors, emergency response units and guests.
Deny access to those that do not meet the screening requirements, or any barred individuals as directed by management.
Notify appropriate members of management when problems arise.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Transportation Manager to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Community.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
