- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently - Handle patient and parent inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations - Manage schedule - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or fire alarms, following established protocols
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role - 1 year in a dental setting (preferred) - Experience with endodontics and/or periodontal preferred - Knowledge of dental PMS systems and phone systems is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to remain calm under pressure - Positive attitude and a great team player Are you looking to join an amazing team where you have the opportunity to learn and grow your dental career?
