Quick Apply Part-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description The Sales & Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and membership processes to ensure the studio meet sales goals and that customer service expectations are upheld to our standards.
The Sales & Service Manager will support the General Manager to oversee all aspects of sales and operations.
They must have strong customer service skills, knowledge of basic computer functions, be able to communicate in an effective and efficient way, be team-oriented, and have a drive and passion for sales and service.
Responsibilities Manage Customer Service & Member Retention needs Work front desk shifts as needed at the studio(s) Make 30
sales and member retention calls per shift, enter notes and follow up tasks in ClubReady Assist students in choosing classes and memberships that fit their goals by showing extensive knowledge of our offerings Greet all members, guests and team members with the highest level of customer service Enroll and check students into the studio through the ClubReady system Resolve customer service and billing issues as they arise.
Guide Lead Management, Sales & Marketing processes.
Support the General Manager to find new leads and follow up with them in a timely manner to convert them to members Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the Studio Owner and ensure health and profitability of the studio Create and publish a minimum of 10 social media posts per week; increase engagement and grow our social media following Conduct studio tours with prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales; book appointments for and follow up after initial class visits.
Sell retail items and answer questions about brands.
Guide Studio Operations Maintain a clean and safe studio Maintain accurate data in all appropriate systems Create and publish staff schedules, ensure accurate time entry for hourly employees Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude; promote and exemplify YogaSix values Follow up on complaints, questions, and concerns; respond to internal/external customer needs in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
Comply with established safe work practices and attend to all safety-related training provided or made available by the Company.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time.
May be required to reach with hands and arms.
Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car.
This job requires the person to climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators are not present at all locations.
May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus Must be able to effectively hear in person and via telephone Compensation & Perks:
$18-19 per hour based on previous experience.

years of retail/service sales management or fitness sales management experience Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure to meet those targets Experience supervising and training sales associates in effective sales techniques Excellent digital marketing and social media skills Fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email Proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours/week including some weekday evenings and weekends from 8 AM - 1 PM YogaSix Doylestown and YogaSix Newtown are locally owned and operated franchise locations.
