Work closely with technicians and the other service advisor to provide transparent, knowledgeable information to every customer Allow the customer to be heard by listening and comprehending their concerns Communicate customers' concerns to technician and address all concerns by end of visit Provide a 5-star customer experience with honest evaluations and options - respecting customer's time and expectations Ability to comprehend technicians' reports and communicate details to every customer via in- person, phone, email, and text Comfortability to ask technician, staff, or customers questions to understand further Create a long-term relationship with the customer by sharing all safety, current, and future recommendations regarding their vehicle Educate customers about the value of maintenance to prevent emergencies and increase the longevity of their vehicle Keep customers informed throughout the day on any changes in timeline, parts, price changes, extra repairs needed, etc.
Write detailed reports supplied by technicians and create invoices for customers Create a complete estimate and share 100% of the evaluation with the customer Adapt to changes in the work schedule with attention to maintain consistent work for the technicians Other daily responsibilities include - answering phone calls and scheduling appointments, road testing vehicles to perform a quality-control check after repairs, checking e-mail, ordering parts online and via phone, customer reminder text/call, organize return pick-ups, and follow warranty procedures Occasional marketing - such as Facebook posts, reminder postcards, text reminders for services to maintain future appointment goal Service Advisor Qualities:

Qualifications:
